Welcome to SifrPlatform. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, which connects customers seeking services with qualified technicians in the United Arab Emirates. By accessing or using SifrPlatform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Platform Nature

SifrPlatform operates as an intermediary marketplace platform. We facilitate connections between customers and independent technicians but are not:

• An employer of technicians
• A service provider or contractor
• Responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided
• A party to any agreement between customers and technicians

3. User Accounts

To use SifrPlatform, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your account information remains current and accurate

4. Customer Terms

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete service request information
• Communicate respectfully with technicians
• Honor accepted offers and agreements made through the platform
• Not misuse contact information received after accepting offers
• Pay technicians directly for services rendered as agreed

5. Technician Terms

As a technician, you agree to:

• Maintain an active subscription to access service requests and submit offers
• Provide accurate pricing and service information in your offers
• Possess all necessary licenses, permits, and insurance required in the UAE
• Deliver services professionally and in accordance with accepted offers
• Comply with all applicable UAE laws and regulations
• Not misuse customer contact information

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Technician subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Recurring billing according to your selected plan (Basic or Pro)
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the next billing cycle
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Immediate loss of access to platform features upon subscription expiration

All payments between customers and technicians for services are handled directly between parties and are outside the scope of SifrPlatform's responsibility.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to circumvent platform fees or subscription requirements
• Use automated systems to access the platform without authorization
• Share login credentials or account access

8. Limitation of Liability

SifrPlatform provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from: disputes between users, quality of services provided, property damage or personal injury, data loss or security breaches, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our maximum liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount of subscription fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between customers and technicians must be resolved directly between the parties. SifrPlatform may provide assistance at its discretion but is not obligated to mediate or resolve disputes. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and resolved in the courts of Dubai.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications.
